Every Family Deserves a
Path Forward

Navigating the terms of a separation or divorce is rarely simple. The process can feel emotionally exhausting, particularly when the parties involved are seeking very different outcomes. After more than a decade working in family law, we have seen firsthand how contested litigation compounds an already difficult situation — adding significant financial cost, prolonged timelines, and emotional strain on everyone involved, including children.

We believe that with the right support, any family can reach a positive resolution. Our mediation sessions provide a calm, neutral, and judgment-free environment where parties can de-escalate conflict, reduce stress, and work through even the most complex disagreements — without the adversarial nature of courtroom litigation.

There Is No Perfect Outcome in Divorce — But There Is a Better Process

Divorce rarely produces a result that feels entirely ideal for either party. What mediation offers is a practical middle ground — bridging the gap between handling your separation entirely on your own and engaging attorneys to contest every unresolved issue in court. For self-represented (pro se) clients in particular, mediation provides access to an impartial professional with legal expertise who can guide both parties toward a mutually acceptable agreement, without the need for each party to retain individual legal counsel.

When you choose mediation as a self-represented client, you can expect:

No attorneys required

We guide you through the process from start to finish

Court document preparation

We handle the paperwork so you don't have to navigate it alone

Structured communication

Clear boundaries are established to keep discussions productive and respectful

Efficient resolution

Reach a fair outcome more quickly and with less conflict than traditional litigation

Choosing mediation over litigation means more than just resolving disputes — it means protecting your finances, reclaiming your time, and creating space for your family to move forward with less conflict and greater peace of mind.

Our Approach

We provide a confidential, good-faith mediation process in which all statements and communications are privileged and inadmissible in any legal proceeding. Parties are encouraged to attend with or without their own independent legal counsel, and each party retains the right to withdraw at any time. Jessica’s experience in high-conflict family law matters equips her to navigate even the most complex disputes with professionalism and composure.

Who We Help

  • Self-Represented Parties: If you and your spouse are navigating divorce without attorneys, mediation provides a structured, cost-effective path to reaching a fair and amicable resolution on your own terms.
  • Attorney-Represented Parties: When a contested divorce has reached an impasse, mediation can help break through deadlock and move your case toward resolution — saving time, money, and the stress of prolonged litigation.
  • Co-Parenting Disputes: For families focused on protecting their children throughout the process, we help parents work through critical parenting decisions, establish workable parenting plans, and minimize disruption to their family.

Serving All of Colorado

Our mediation sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, allowing us to serve clients across the state — whether you are located along the Front Range or on the Western Slope. Remote mediation provides the same high-quality, confidential process from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office, eliminating the need for travel.
